<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system of coin-operated locker, its information providing method, its reservation method and its program performing confirmation of installation places and usage situations, reservations for usage and payments of coin-operated lockers through a portable communication terminal. SOLUTION: In the system, when designating a desired area with accessing to a control center server 2 from a user terminal 1 via Internet 100, the installation places and the usage situations located in the area are displayed. A user, when making a reservation for a locker, transmits card information to pay a reservation fee and when completing an authentication through a terminal 4 of credit agency/bank, a locking instruction is transmitted to a locker control terminal 3 from the server 2 to execute a locking. When using the locker reserved by the user, the user accesses again to the server 2 to transmit a request for unlocking and after checking a baggage, transmits a request for locking. Accordingly, the user can perform the whole processing from the searching, reservation, usage (locking, unlocking) to the payment through the portable communication terminal.</p> |
