PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify management of a plurality of application service providers (ASP hereafter). SOLUTION: When a signal to select a particular ASP is entered from a user side terminal u, a processing part 2 makes the user side terminal u download a script for log-in corresponding to the ASP. The script connects the user side terminal with the intended ASP automatically using a user name stored in a user storage part, his password and a URL, and realizes a function of log-in.
