PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocidal agent/anticoagulant composition for flushing and coating of the internal prosthetic appliances, more particularly catheters and ports to be internally used in a patent in order to prevent infection and blood clotting. SOLUTION: (a) Means for providing the patent with a connecting flow passage crossing the skin between an external region with respect to the patient and an internal region with respect to the patient, (b) means for shutting off this flow passage and (c) the internal prosthetic appliance including the biocidal agent lock which is the biocidal agent lock and contains (i) the anticoagulant and (ii) the nonantibiotic biocidal agent are disclosed. |
