<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional packet communication system (cable modem or the like) that cannot have taken sufficient countermeasures against a packet delay in the case of carrying out packet communication such as an IP phone (VoIP) wherein real time performance is a requirement because of a shared transmission band among packets. <P>SOLUTION: In a transmission right management apparatus, an external reception section 11 receives packets of an external network and an internal reception section 12 receives packets of an internal network, a link establishment/end detection section 13 detects a session establishment completion/end packet in compliance with the signaling protocol (SIP or H.323 or the like). When a detected packet is the session establishment completion packet, a transmission right management section 15 collates address information in the packet with address information of an internal network apparatus, gives a transmission right at an interval shorter than the shortest default transmission interval of each codec system used by the IP phone (VoIP) or the like as a standard system to the adapted apparatus and an internal transmission section 16 informs terminals through the internal network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
