<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-dividing type flow rate sensor device, having a structure capable of coping the measurement ranges of a plurality of different kinds, with a small burden in management or the cost. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided with a main flow passage and a bypass flow passage, in which a thermal type flow rate sensor 211 is disposed on a wall of the bypass flow passage. A measurement range adjusting member 16 is provided, for increasing a flow dividing ratio of the bypass flow passage to the main flow passage, by reducing the cross-sectional area of the main flow passage in the downstream side from a flow dividing part of the main flow passage and the bypass flow passage, wherein the measurement range adjustment member 16 is attachably/detachably mounted on a main flow passage member 11 constituting the main flow passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
