PURPOSE:To output the output data of a large scale LSI from a terminal efficiently in small amount by providing a selector circuit on the input or output side of a shift pass group and controlling this selector circuit from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A shift pass group 20 is provided while serially connecting shift pass registers 10-1 - 10-n of arbitrary bits, and a shift input signal selector 3 is provided to select a signal to be inputted to the shift pass group 10-1 at the input terminal of the shift pass group 20 from a shift input signal 2 coming from the outside and a shift output signal 4 outputted from the shift pass output terminal of the shift pass group 20 according to the instruction of a shift control signal 1 applied from the outside. Thus, the output control of the LSI is efficiently executed and especially, the test diagnosis of the LSI can be efficiently executed. |
