The device has a base (4) supported by a wall or a ceiling and comprising two rods (2, 3) for suspending a support beam (1) of a poster in a determined position. The rods are fixed to the beam through their lower ends (29, 39) by welding or screwing. The rods (2, 3), respectively have heads (21, 31) arranged, in an operational beam suspension position, for being pivoted, in a backward direction of about 180 degrees of the poster, on a support surface belonging to the base.
