An alignment layer printing table, an alignment layer printing system, and an alignment layer printing method are provided to prevent the blotch of an alignment layer due to thickness difference of the alignment layer, by simultaneously printing an alignment layer and pre-drying the alignment layer. An alignment layer printing table(560) comprises a plate(563) for supporting a substrate, and a heater(565) for heating the substrate. The heater is positioned above the plate. The heater is installed in a heater plate. The heater includes a coil heater. An alignment layer printing system comprises a loader for carrying in the substrate, an aligning unit for aligning the substrate, an alignment layer printing unit for printing an alignment layer on the substrate, an inspecting unit for inspecting printing failure of the alignment layer, and an unloader for carrying out the substrate. The alignment layer printing table is included in the alignment layer printing unit. |
