<p>A method and a system for mounting a circuit board in a computer bay are provided to facilitate assembly between a guide rail and a common base board, and flexibly receive wide of various kinds of circuit boards with the common base board by suitably adjusting the guide rail and a carrier board. A plurality of rails(106,110) are fixed to the common base board(18) to receive the various sizes of the circuit board(78). A fastener receiving feature of the common base board is holes(94,98) penetrating the common base board. The rails are fixed to the base board by screws(90). The circuit board is mounted with a Mezzanine card. The Mezzanine card is a PMC(PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) Mezzanine Card).</p> |
