The system has a motorized rotary circular support (2) provided with suspended magnetized figurines (3) whose magnets are disposed with respect to a magnetic circle. The magnetic circle is identical with the magnetized figurines but has opposite polarity and is fixed on a platform (5) of a cylindrical suspension column (1). An oscillation process and jumping impression of the figurines on their rotation axis are generated by the coupling of the rotation of the support and repulsion reaction of the magnets that are activated when one of the magnets is introduced in front of the other magnet.
