FIELD: testing engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: bench comprises flywheel provided with the drive for setting it in rotation, pendulum mounted at the periphery of the flywheel for permitting rotation around the axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the flywheel, table mounted on the pendulum and used for securing the article to be tested, and locator of initial position of the pendulum. The bench is provided with the member for the stop of the terminal position of the pendulum mounted on the flywheel. The table is mounted for permitting movement along the pendulum and locking in given positions.
