PURPOSE:To automate an order accepting process and to make the response to an inquiry quicker and more accurate by providing a goods collecting and delivering state data file and customer data file in a host computer. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 20 is provided with a goods collecting and delivering state data file 21 and customer data file 22 and manages the collection and delivery of subject goods. Then order and inquiry accepting processes are executed by using an automatic voice response means 11 to the customers registered in the file 22. Therefore, no full-time attendant is required. The operational statuses and schedules of collecting and delivering vehicles are successively inputted and recorded in the file 21. Therefore, accurate goods collecting and delivering states can be answered quickly. |
