<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prescribe medicine suitable for a patient by collecting case information for use as a decision material in prescription. <P>SOLUTION: When an electronic medical record is read out during diagnosing the patient, the presence of case information registration is decided by the reference to registered history information. When it is decided that no case information has been registered, a warning indication to urge the case information registration is displayed on a monitor. As the above warning indication, an indication of a warning dialogue box 70 describing a comment such as "Confirm the effect/influence of the prior prescription" is cited, for example.
