<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the waiting time of a customer who is waiting for ATM by suppressing continuous transactions by customers. <P>SOLUTION: A server 2 counts, every time receiving information showing completion of one transaction from each ATM 1, continuous transactions in the ATM 1 having transmitted the information, and transmits a notice for instructing termination of continuous transaction to the ATM 1 when the continuous transaction count reaches a preset continuous transaction limit or more.
