PURPOSE:To simplify mounting of a seat belt regardless of adjustment of a seat position by providing a webbing guide means on a seat so that the using position of easy handling a webbing and a tongue and the turnout position not to disturb getting on/off against the seat can be instituted, and operating the means by an operating means. CONSTITUTION:A webbing guide means 6 by which the webbing 5 of a seat belt device provided along a front seat 1 is guided, is provided on the side of the front seat 1. The webbing guide means 6 is constituted out of a service arm 7 and an arm bracket 8 respectively rotationally movably provided on a seat shaft 4, a tension spring 9 always energizating the service arm 7 forward, and a planetary gear mechanism 10 provided between the arm bracket 8 and a seat back 3. A seat belt reacher device is constituted out of a seat belt anchor means 16 and a webbing withdrawing means 17, so that the webbing 5 is guided with the seat belt anchor 16 and wound UP by a webbing withdrawing means 17 as an operating means provided on the lower part of a vehicle body. |
