FUEL CELL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which deterioration prevention of an electrolyte layer and poisoning prevention of a catalyst of a fuel electrode by carbon monoxide are achieved, and in which stable voltage can be maintained, and to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: This has the fuel cell main body 2 in which an oxidizer electrode and the fuel electrode are arranged and installed by pinching the electrolyte layer for the fuel cell, and a mixing part 1 in which the electrolyte layer for the mixing part having ion conductivity is pinched by a fuel gas supply separator to supply fuel to the fuel cell main body 2 and an oxidizer gas supply separator to supply an oxidizer, and the fuel cell main body 2 is communicated with the downstream of the fuel gas supplied via the mixing part 1.
