FIELD: medicine; surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is applied for radical treatment of the grown nail of 1 finger of foot. Method includes complete removal of nail plate and excision of lateral line bearing upper stem vessels with incision by 0.5 cm more proximally of posterior line by nail sulcus of depth 1 cm to anterior surface of toe. Fragment is dissected in horizontal plane by wound lower edge in proximal direction to primary incision height. Tissue fragment is removed at height of incision start to its end. ^ EFFECT: method enables growing of new nail plate with free edge and prevents relapse due to lateral line removal. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex
