A system for discharging and crushing sintered ores having a drop impact alleviating function is provided to prevent accidents or breakdowns due to drop impact of the sintered ores by employing drop impact alleviating device capable of cutting the sintered ores to a small size and additionally employing a second drop impact alleviating device capable of absorbing the drop impact of the sintered ores. A system for discharging and crushing sintered ores comprises: a sintered ore discharge part(10) for dropping sintered ores put on transfer cars(16) that has moved along rails(14) from a sintering plant; an upper crushing deck(30) having an inclined face for guiding in the side direction the sintered ores(18) that has been dropped from the transfer cars; a lower crushing deck(40) for supporting the upper crushing deck; a rotor blade(60) for crushing sintered ores that has been conveyed from the upper crushing deck; a grizzly transfer car(50) for supporting the rotor blade and transporting the crushed sintered ores; and a drop impact alleviating device(100) disposed at a position just prior to dropping the sintered ores so as to cut the sintered ores into various pieces by rotary blades. |
