PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method capable of distributing loads at each base station, a radio communication system and base stations. SOLUTION: Each base station acquires load states of other adjacent base stations, and simultaneously acquires the load state of the self-station, when its result exceeds the upper limit threshold of the load state of the self-station, selects other base station whose load state becomes less than a predetermined value; acquires information on other base station connected to the self-station and to be the next radio connection destination candidate; extracts a radio communication terminal using the other selected base station as the next radio connection destination candidate from among a plurality of radio communication terminals on the basis of the information; and notifies the extracted radio communication terminal that radio connection with the radio communication terminal is opened, wherein the radio communication terminal establishes radio connection with the other selected base station on the basis of the notification.
