PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible substrate which can assure desired characteristic impedance while ensuring withstand voltage performance. SOLUTION: The flexible substrate 30 comprises first and second flexible substrates 40 and 50 each having a signal line 42a which can transmit a DC signal and a digital signal and two ground lines 42d and 42e arranged on both sides of the signal line 42a to maintain a substantially constant interval between the signal line 42a, and a spacer 60 having a predetermined thickness interposed between the first flexible substrate 40 and the second flexible substrate 50 to maintain a substantially constant interval between them.
