PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive which eases change of motor drive voltage of a feeding direction and return direction and raises conveyance accuracy of an optical pickup without causing increase in sliding resistance of a tooth of an engagement member and a lead screw by adjusting a tilt angle of the optical pickup. SOLUTION: The optical disk drive can perform angle compensation of an engagement member 9 before attaching the engagement member 9 which is equipped with a tooth 9e which engages a lead screw 3 from lateral side to a side face of the optical pickup 2 and fixing the engagement member 9 so that rotation can be performed with a horizontal line L2 which is orthogonal to an axis line L1 of lead screw 3 as a center line of rotation. Even if the optical pickup 2 inclines to the lead screw 3 by the tilt angle adjustment, the conveyance accuracy of the optical pickup 2 is raised by carrying out angle compensation so that the engagement member 9 may become a same horizontal state with the lead screw 3, suppressing sliding resistance of the tooth 9e of the engagement member and the lead screw 3 and easing the change of the motor drive voltage.
