PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset circuit and a plasma display device with the reset circuit. SOLUTION: The reset circuit includes: a plasma display panel including a plurality of address electrodes arrayed in a column direction, scan electrodes and sustain electrodes successively arrayed in a row direction; an address electrode driver applying a display data signal for selecting a discharge cell to be displayed on the address electrode; a sustain electrode driver and scan electrode driver applying the prescribed driving voltages to the address electrodes and the scan electrodes; a controller for receiving the image signal from the outside and outputting an address drive control signal, a sustain electrode drive control signal, and a scan electrode drive control signal; a power supply section for providing the address electrode driver, the scan electrode driver and the sustain electrode driver with an input power supply; and a reset circuit for controlling the reset of the operation of the address electrode driver, the scan electrode driver and the sustain electrode driver.
