PURPOSE:To fit a rotary shaft only by way of inserting it into a recessed part at the time of assembling and to prevent the rotary shaft from rising from a sleeve and coming off after the assembling is finished by providing the recessed part on the rotary shaft and providing a projection member which elastically deforms at the time when it is engaged with the sleeve without making contact with the recessed part and it is inserted into it. CONSTITUTION:A thrust plate 3 is fixed to a sleeve 2 through a fixing plate 4, a specific amount of lubricating fluid is injected into the bottom part of the sleeve 2 and a rotary shaft is engaged with the inside of the sleeve 2. At this time of insertion, a projected member 15 deforms and does not interrupt insertion of the rotary shaft until a recessed part 14 comes up to the position of the projected member 15, deformation of the projected member 15 is returned and the projected member 15 catches the recessed part 14. In this way, assembling can be easily carried out by pushing the rotary shaft in the sleeve, and when a force for the rotary shaft to come off is applied after assembling, the projected member 15 is caught by the recessed part 14, which prevents the rotary shaft from rising up higher than necessary or from coming off. Consequently, it comes to be easy to handle it even after assembling is completed. |
