PURPOSE:To obtain a proteinaceous substance useful as an injecting remedy, etc., for cerebral neuropathy by directly tranducing a recombinant plasmid having a desired gene together with a lipid into animal intracranial nervous cells and expressing the desired gene with the nervous cells in the brain. CONSTITUTION:A recombinant plasmid having a gene capable of coding a proteinaceous substance for treating cerebral neuropathy and a vector plasmid having a construction enabling expression of the gene in cerebral nervous cells as a recombinant plasmid having a desired gene, together with a lipid for transducing the recombinant plasmid into the cerebral nervous cells, is directly transduced into animal intracranial nervous cells to express the desired gene with the cerebral nervous cells. Thereby, a proteinaceous substance for injection treatment of the cerebral neuropathy is obtained. |
