A lending method for securing principal and interest by offering a collaboration rental contract as security and a system for operating the method are provided to enable an administrator having a right of a creditor or an agent of the creditor to register a debtor as a tenant having a collaboration right, so that the tenant, who is the debtor trying to get a loan of money, can get the loan even when the debtor's credit grade is low, during a loan process for housing rental. A user connects on the Internet to peruse a stored page(S101). If the user is previously registered, the user connects with an ID and a password, but if the user is first registered, the user performs member registration for logging on(S102). The user selects main items and detailed items necessary for a loan contract(S103). An essential contract form is outputted on a screen, or outputted through an external output device(S104). According to a form outputted by selection of items and selected data, the loan contract is carried out by confirmation(S105). |
