A regenerating method and a device about multi-media contents, a system thereof and a recording medium of a program are provided to solve discontent and a question by outputting a solution method to regenerate the multi-media contents without disconnection. A regenerating method about multi-media contents comprises the following steps of: confirming the information of storage capacity about received multimedia contents repetitively(335); extracting the composition information based on the confirmed information of storage capacity(340); generating the index information of each unit(345); regenerating the multi-media contents by using the generated index information(350).
