A method for offering a real estate transactional service is provided to enable a consumer to use various real estate services in convenient, inexpensive, and interactive ways under a mobile environment of a communication provider. In case of member registration, member registration information is received in a portable terminal of a sales applicant(1). A member registration completion confirm message is transmitted to the portable terminal(4). Service provider sales information and public location approval information are transmitted to a service provider server(5). Article search condition information is received through the portable terminal of the applicant(6). The service provider server analyzes the condition information(7). Matching information including article information is delivered to a portable terminal of a person who wants to buy an article(8). A direct transaction or licensed real estate service is provided between the person and the applicant by the service provider server(9).
