METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING VALUE ADDED SERVICE USING RFID-BASED TECHNOLOGY

An additional service providing method and system using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technique are provided to offer an additional service corresponding to the personal profile of a user by using the RFID technique in a restricted manner. An additional service providing method includes a step(415) of receiving an additional service request from a user terminal, a step(420) of acquiring subscriber profile information corresponding to the user terminal in response to the request, a step(430) of extracting profile information previously set for the requested additional service, comparing the profile information to the subscriber profile information and determining whether the user terminal has the authority to use the additional service and determining whether to provide the additional service.
