<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly cope with the generation of an abnormal event by determining recovery operation procedure necessary for making the state of a process recovered normally to the abnormal event of the process automatically. CONSTITUTION:When abnormality is generated in a plant process 1, an abnormal cause specifying device 7 detects the generation of the abnormality in the plant process based on collected data and specifies the cause of the abnormality. An operation procedure offering device 8 determines operation procedure necessary for relaxation or recovery to the abnormality based on the specified data and predicts a process state after operation execution. An operator controls equipment to constitute the plant process 1 based on the operation procedure displayed on a display device 4. Thus, it can be coped with the abnormal event of the process safely, surely and rapidly.</p> |
