<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation from generation in a coil in a coil yard by estimating dew condensation based on temperature and humidity measured by a thermometer and a hygrometer provided on a tongue of a crane and rearranging the coil. CONSTITUTION:The coil yard 6 is divided into plural blocks, hot-rolled coils are cut in one block and when this block is filled, the coils are stored successively in next block. The coils are carried away successively from a block of the most cooled coils and in this case the temperature and humidity of the coil are measured by the thermometer 4 and hygrometer 5 mounted on the tongue 3 of the crane 2. Dew condensation generating atmosphere is predicted from the dew point temperature at that time. In this way, a coil is rearranged with a high temperature coil to prevent dew condensation, the coil from rust and condensation from generation.</p> |
