PURPOSE:To provide an instrument panel excellent in the balance among rigidity, heat resistance, and impact strength as well as in the appearance of a molding by mixing two specific block copolymers with fine talc particles in a specified wt. ratio and injection molding the resulting mixture. CONSTITUTION:67-76wt.% ethylene-propylene copolymer having an MFR of 4-7g/10min and comprising 40-70wt.% polymer having an ethylene content of 6-9wt.% and a xylene-sols. content at room temp. of 13-16wt.% and 60-30wt.% polymer having an ethylene content of 2-4wt.% and a xylene-sols. content of 4-6wt.%, 8-4wt.% hydrogenated styrene-isoprene block copolymer having a styrene content of 35-40wt. % and an MFR of 0.3-0.8g/10min, and 25-20wt.% talc having a mean particle diameter of 1-1.6mum are mixed, and the resulting mixture is injection molded into an instrument panel. |
