<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone system which can prolong the life of a nitrogen adsorbent of an oxygen concentrator, and to provide a purge method for an absorption cylinder in the ozone system. <P>SOLUTION: The ozone system 1 comprises an oxygen concentrator 6, an ozone generation apparatus 7, an ozone utilization apparatus 8 and an ozone decomposing apparatus 10. The purge method of an absorption cylinder 24 in ozone system 1 comprises flowing a high concentration oxygen stored in the buffer tank 5 or compressed air from the compressor 2 as a purge gas to the absorption cylinder 24 in order to remove water remaining in the absorption cylinder 24 of the oxygen concentrator 6, when the operation of the ozone system 1 is stopped, characterized in that the method comprises flowing the purge gas to the absorption cylinder 24 after heating the purge gas by using waste heat of the ozone decomposing apparatus 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
