An organic compound and an organic photoelectric device including the same are provided to be well dissolved in the organic solvent, to generate fluorescence and phosphorescence from red to blue wavelength, and to be useful for a host material of an organic light emitting layer of the organic photoelectric device. An organic compound is selected from the group consisting of the compounds represented by the chemical formula 1, chemical formula 2, chemical formula 3, chemical formula 4 and chemical formula 5. In the chemical formula 1 ~5, X1 ~ X32 are selected from the group consisting of CR' and N; Y1 ~ Y3 are selected from the group consisting of CR'' and N; Ar1 ~ Ar4 are selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene group, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 hetero arylene group; Ar' ~ Ar'''' are selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene group, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 hetero arylene group; R', R'', and R10 ~ R12 are independently, hydrogen atom, halogen atom, cyano group, hydroxyl group, amino group, nitro group, carboxyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 aryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 hetero arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-20 alkenyl group, ubstituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 hetero arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkoxy group and substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl oxy group.
