<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin optical pickup device which reproduces a signal recorded on a signal recording layer of an optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The thin optical pickup device is provided with: a collimator lens 17 receiving the laser beam emitted from a laser diode 12 as a diverging light, and changing the laser beam into a parallel light; and a reflection mirror 20 which reflects the laser beam in the objective lens 21 direction while being irradiated with the laser beam changed into the parallel light by the collimator lens 17. The laser reflecting surface of the reflection mirror 20 comprises a plurality of reflecting surfaces which comprise level differences which is wider as being away from the collimator lens 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
