DISPLAY DEVICE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent a blur phenomenon on a screen. Switching devices(Q1,Q2) are connected to a data line(DL). A liquid crystal capacitor(Clc) and a maintenance capacitor(Cst) are connected to the switching devices. The switching device delivers a data voltage to the liquid crystal capacitor and the maintenance capacitor. The switching device removes voltages of the liquid crystal capacitor and the maintenance capacitor. The liquid crystal capacitor makes a pixel electrode of a lower display plate and a common electrode of an upper display plate function as two terminals. A liquid crystal layer(3) functions as a dielectric body.
