A high efficient heater core for HVAC systems is provided to eliminate bubbles using circulating water in order to reduce noise and increase the heating time to heat the water efficiently. A high efficient heater core for HVAC systems comprises a main body, a circulating pump, a heater, a controller and a water swirling member. The main body consists of a hollow outer pipe(10) and an inner pipe(15). The outer pipe includes an inlet on its one side. The inner pipe is installed within the outer pipe. The one side of the inner pipe is opened to communicate with the other inner part of the outer pipe. The inner pipe includes an outlet on the other side. A heating rod(26) of the heater is inserted into the inner pipe. The controller is installed on the external of the main body. The controller controls the circulating pump and the heater. The water swirling member is installed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe.
