Disclosed is a portable terminal having a substrate (10) on which an electronic part (13) and a shielding part (14) are mounted; a double-sided tape (40) adhered to the shielding part (14); a substrate (20) adhered to the double-sided tape (40) on the side thereof opposite the side where the substrate (10) is located; an upper case (3a) disposed on a side of the substrate (10), opposite the side where the substrate (10) is located; a lower case (3b) disposed on a side of the electronic part (21), opposite the side where the substrate (20) is located; and a frame 30 placed between the substrate (20) and the lower case (3b) and having an opening (30a) at a position corresponding to the electronic part (21). The substrate (20) is urged toward the substrate (10) by the frame (30).
