Method for determination of content of admixtures in solid bodies relates to area of solid state physics and can be used in scientific-research laboratories at investigation of structural parameters of solid bodies for use of those as functional elements for optoelectronics. According to the method, quantitative v[content of admixtures in solid bodies is determined through implementation of optical-refractometric analysis. With use of results of investigation of the edge of optical absorption and dispersion of refraction coefficients of solid bodies one finds experimental and calculated values of width of optical pseudo-slot and molar refraction, and by difference of those for specific structural-chemical layout of substance one determines quantitative content of admixtures in solid body. The method provides increase of reliability and effectiveness of admixture content. |
