PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a work for bonding a cushion seat with a skin to a base material easily and to enhance assembly of a vehicular interior component.SOLUTION: In a decoration panel (11) in which a surface of a base material (13) is coated with a cushion seat (15) with a skin having a cushion layer (25) on a reverse side of a skin material (23), and a peripheral edge part of the cushion seat (15) with a skin covers a terminal part of the base material (13) and is entrained on a reverse side of the base material (13), an entrainment tab (29) of the cushion seat (15) with a skin which is entrained on the reverse side of the base material (13) is constituted from the skin material (23), and the cushion seat (15) with a skin is bonded by adhering only the entrainment tab (29) to the base material (13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
