Method for controlling a rendering time of an auxiliary content stream on an auxiliary device (6), said auxiliary stream being organized in chunks comprising video data packets, comprising steps of :
a) identifying a main timing position of a main content stream being rendered on a main device (4);
b) determining, using said main timing position, a delivery time at which a next chunk of the auxiliary stream should be delivered to the auxiliary device (6) so that the auxiliary device (6) rendering is synchronized with the main device (4) rendering; and
c) delivering the next chunk to the auxiliary device (6) at the determined delivery time. |
