PURPOSE:To add a storage density converting device as option by frequency- dividing a picture clock from a printer control part corresponding to a storage density ratio to be converted and defining it as the picture clock to a printer controller. CONSTITUTION:A picture clock from a first picture clock generating means A is converted into the second picture clock corresponding to a storage density ratio to be converted by a second picture clock generating means B and it is transmitted to a first picture data generating means D equivalent to a printer controller by a second picture clock transmitting means C. Then, a second picture data generating means E converts the first picture data transmitted from the first picture data generating means D with being synchronized with the second picture clock into the second picture data and a second picture data transmitting means F transmits them to an exposure means G within a printer control part by the first picture clock and make it execute exposure. Thus, a storage density converting device can be added as option between the printer controller and the printer control part. |
