The present invention relates to a liquefied fertilizer producing device for producing a liquefied fertilizer by fermenting treatment water separated from livestock excrement. The liquefied fertilizer producing device comprises: a reaction tank having an accommodation space formed therein to accommodate the treatment water, and capable of being selectively sealed; a circulation unit connected with the reaction tank, supplying the treatment water accommodated in an upper current layer to a lower side of the accommodation space, and circulating the treatment water; an air supply unit for supplying oxygen or air to the treatment water circulating by the circulation unit, and promoting the fermentation of the treatment water; and a mixed flow unit including a unit member lengthily formed along a lateral direction of the accommodation space and disposed to be upwardly inclined along a length direction to have a predetermined width and to be opened in a lower side direction, and a fixing means coupled to fix the unit member while being stably inclined in the accommodation space, wherein the mixed flow unit blunts a rise of bubbles generated from the treatment water by moving the bubbles along a length direction in a lower side of the unit member. The mixed flow unit obstructs a rise of air or oxygen particles generated without being dissolved in the treatment water so as to increase remaining time thereof, thereby dissolving the same in the treatment water. |
