The present invention relates to an antithrombotic composition which contains, as active ingredients, a colored bean extract extracted from colored beans and a fraction thereof. The antithrombotic composition of the present invention contains adenosine and can be useful for treating circulatory diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, hypertension, and diabetes which are causative of the thrombus formation.
