A stripping method of an auxiliary substrate according to an embodiment for realizing the purpose of the present invention provides a first auxiliary substrate combined with a first substrate of a rectangular shape including two sides extended in a first direction, and two sides extended in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first substrate is initially stripped from the first auxiliary substrate by inserting a separation member between the first auxiliary substrate and the first substrate. A plurality of absorption pads arranged as a matrix shape is combined with the first auxiliary substrate. First absorption pads of a first line arranged along a third direction intersecting with the first and second directions are ascended. Second absorption pads of a second line arranged along the third and second directions are ascended. Thus, the damage to a substrate of an ultra-thin film liquid crystal display device can be prevented since the auxiliary substrate can be easily separated from a liquid crystal display panel.
