According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for providing water quality information in real time comprises: a running water quality database including a running water user database storing user information by receiving the name of a customer and the number of a hydrant, and a running water quality information database storing running water quality information measured by a remote water meter; a control module unit including multiple sub modules performing a unusual water quality notification service based on the running water quality information and facility information; a GUI unit executing a module through the control module unit and providing the unusual water quality notification service to users; and a display unit outputting processing information on an instruction or command returned from the control module unit through the GUI unit.
