The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display (OLED) device. Since a drain electrode of an electrostatic discharge (ESD) transistor formed in a non-display area on a source pad side (S-Pad) or a non-pad side (X-Pad) of an OLED display panel is electrically connected with a cathode electrode layer via a drain contact hole, no separate base voltage (VSS) line is required in an ESD transistor area. Therefore, a short-circuiting or a burning due to an overlap between the base voltage line and a driving voltage line is prevented in the ESD transistor area. Also, it is possible to improve designing convenience by increasing a linewidth of the driving voltage (VDD) line and reduce power consumption by decreasing resistance of the driving voltage line. The ESD emission transistor comprises: a source electrode which is electrically connected with an end of at least one data pad or data line; and a drain electrode which is electrically connected with the cathode electrode layer. |
