Disclosed is a nacelle floor folding device for a wind power generator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device includes: a frame member staying away from the bottom of a nacelle floor to face the same and supporting the nacelle floor; a hinge part installed in a widthwise direction of the nacelle floor; a sliding part installed on the lower surface of the nacelle floor to face the same, and sliding in a longitudinal direction of the frame member when the nacelle floor is lifted up from the hinge part; a support part including a position fixing part, installed in the sliding part to prevent the nacelle floor from being unfolded after being folded upward, and placed in a position at a distance from both widthwise ends to the inside of the nacelle floor; and a link member of which end is connected to the support part and of which the other end is extended towards the frame member.
