PURPOSE:To provide the title unit of high treatment efficiency, also capable of miniaturizing the electric source, designed to apply voltage on the cell suspension in chambers with some of plural chambers grouped as one block and the voltage switched for each block. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a cell-contg. suspension 4 is introduced into the plural chambers 3 in a container 1. Thence, a voltage is applied on the suspension 4 in the chambers 3 with some of said plural chambers 3 grouped as one block and the voltage switched for blocks 8a-8d each, thus ensuring the cells to be treated in great quantities in a short time.
