PURPOSE:To efficiently select and remove only unwanted material from industrial waste difficult to treat by providing a selecting conveyor behind a hopper and successively furnishing a shredder through a fixed grizzly bar and a rod mill through a scudding conveyor, etc. CONSTITUTION:The waste is charged to a feed port 1 and sent to a selecting conveyor 3 through a pan conveyor 2 made of steel sheet, and only the material not to be mixed is manually selected out and dropped. The fine grains dropped from a fixed grizzly bar 5 are classified by a classifier such as a ripple flow screen 6, and the coarse material is introduced into the feed port of a shredder 7. The waste is rapidly shredded in the shredder 7, the coarse material is sent to a scudding conveyor 12 through a vibrating feeder 8 provided below the shredder, and the fine grains are sent to a bypass conveyor 11. The coarse material from a ripple flow conveyor 13 is delivered to a return conveyor 14 for returning the coarse material 7, etc., and the fine grains are delivered to the bypass conveyor 11 circulating through a rod mill 18, etc., through a fine grain conveyor 15. |
