The invention relates to high-speed keyboard assembly. A calculation device comprises a cover portion coupled to a base portion provided with a keyboard component, and the keyboard component comprises a plurality of specialized rivets which facilitate highly automatic manufacturing of the keyboard component. The manufacturing can include maintaining the keyboard casing component relative to a working table which comprises at least one anvil arranged on the working table; establishing an overall benchmark reference point relative to the working table; riveting a first point of the keyboard casing component on a keyboard to an attached keyboard component through a riveting machine when the working table is at a first position; moving the riveting machine from the first position to a second position by reference to the overall benchmark reference point; tracking the movement of the riveting machine through a camera; and riveting a second point of the keyboard casing component on the keyboard to the attached keyboard component, wherein the keyboard is maintained in a single zone and position. |
